I had the pleasure of meeting some great students over at Millersville University this evening! It's nice to see a room packed with Democrats, especially younger Democrats who really want to make a difference, who still believe that we can change the world. They are right--we CAN change the world, and we will through this campaign. And when we win, we'll change the world from the Senate floor! College students are too often dismissed (so to speak) politically. There are a few college students who regularly inform my perspective on issues like peace, education, and rights and I have to say their thoughts are as insightful as anyone I encounter, and in lots of cases much more. Political operatives are always so careful and standard. It's great to hear fresh voices that aren't afraid to speak truth to power.
