Rumsfeld, Cheney, and Scalia, Sitting in a Tree
A longtime friend of the family sent me this email tonight. I share it with you because I know how vitally important Homeland Security transparency in government, and volunteer fire fighters are to this country. What's up Charlie? It sounds like you shook a few bushes (not a pun) and got the attention of a few folks. Where do you stand these days? What do you think of the way things are going for the Bush regime and the Democratic hopefuls? You might be interested to know that Donald Rumsfield has bought a house (a big expensive one) near St. Michaels and the town fire department was subsequently awarded about $250,000 in Homeland Defense $ to buy a new fire engine. The Donald parks his car in the old firehouse. Also that Nicholas Brady (Daddy's sec of Treasury (?) who lives in Trappe near Susan), Rumsfield, Cheney and Justice Scalia had dinner in Easton around the time the Supreme Court was intervening in Cheney's secret meeting case. We see expanding interest in Cheney and Scalia duck hunting in LA, but I guess our little airfield is too small for Airforce 2. It's OK for helicopters and Lear jets, though. That's one way to get decent parking. Call Homeland Security. Posted by Charlie Crystle at February 6, 2004 07:32 PM | TrackBack Nice site! Well done ! online casinos Posted by: casinos at May 25, 2004 06:12 PMCharley, The Dems better be careful with their ABB (anyone but Bush) campaign strategy because what if Bush bows out? Maybe this is wishful thinking on my part, but momentum is a funny thing, and the Repub power base is NOT stupid! I genuinely am starting to feel that the momentum in this country that we have an out-of -touch, extremely divisive, incompetent administration is building rapidly. Could it be and what would happen for Dems if GW bows out (due to ennormous internal party pressure) before the Repub convention?
