Bush: "You're doing good"
He came. We saw. or really, we didn't see anything. As protesters cried out "AWOL" loudly like basketball fans shouting "airrrr-balllll", our cowardly president left the school through the back door, to the great disappointment of both his supporters and detractors. With Secret Service, National Guard, and local and state police in tow, George tied up traffic during his brief fly-in, met with a few hand-picked students and faculty (non-threatening, I assume; no difficult questions, like how one would conjugate "to be" with examples, like "is our children learning?"--Bush, 2000), and left us disappointed he didn't wave to the throngs of defiant citizens who think he's not quite the bee's knees. But I met a lot of cool people there, and saw my union friends Ike and Rick, and met new SEUI friend Diane, and all of them are very interested in pushing both the health and trade issues across the state. So press on. Nothing takes the place of persistence. Posted by Charlie Crystle at February 12, 2004 03:59 PM | TrackBackExcellent site. Keep up the good work. online casinos Posted by: casinos at May 25, 2004 06:12 PMyou wanna know what? People complain about our sercurity now that is so strong after 911, and now before 911 complained that there wasn't enogh! so i mean come on now ppl! P. Bush is doing an awesome job! how can you can expect peace when our history is so built upon war? how can you do anything if you'd ever see a bomb in the air? where are you going to run? P. Bush is awesome, the mesia always lacks to say the great things he has done! there is a reason why the majority of the military likes him and they'd risk their lives for our country, He his doing his job we are the power of the world and Bush needed to show the world that if you stand a threat to the US then we will come, as human nature what would you do if you had seen the bomB? would you run towards it thinking you would save someone? I doubt it! i just want to say that P. Bush is a really good president and I hope he knows that. Posted by: Daniella at March 27, 2004 10:14 PMPost a comment
